Mission

Our mission is to provide opportunity, encouragement, knowledge, and resources through philanthropy and advocacy.

Core Values

We believe the lives of women and girls can be made better by some very easy involvement of women philanthropists.

We want social change - for women and by women.  We realize what progress entails and are prepared to make investments that enable it.

We make connections, swap expertise, and share ideas to change the way our community tackles problems - being bold and courageous, taking thoughtful and well-planned risks.

We work cooperatively with others, so that we can respond to the unique needs of women and girls and make meaningful and long lasting change.

Our Goals

Engage a network of women in giving, leadership and decision-making.

Empower individual women to take ownership, have a voice, and take action to end social norms and begin social change.

Inspire women to:

  • Take control of our lives, our finances, and our philanthropy
  • Have the confidence to be phlianthropic leaders
  • Have the courage to challenge the old way of doing things and take caluculated risks with our giving to bring about social change
